Welcome to Resort Beatrice.
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests — and to avoid any misunderstandings — please take a moment to review our house policy and rules. By checking in, you acknowledge that you are familiar with these guidelines and agree to respect them throughout your stay.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Reception & Contact
Our team is always available to assist you. Should you need anything, please contact us directly or by phone.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 15:00 (3 PM) until 22:00 (10 PM)
• Check-out: until 11:00 (11 AM)
If you expect to arrive after 22:00, please inform us in advance.
Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and throughout the resort.
Cleaning Service
• Your apartment is carefully cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
• For longer stays (more than 5 nights):
• Towels are changed after the 3rd night
• Bed linen is changed after the 4th night
• Final cleaning is included in your stay.
• Additional cleaning may be requested at any time (€25–45 depending on apartment size).
• Staff may enter the apartment only for cleaning, maintenance, or safety reasons — or if there is reason to believe a risk exists.
Environmental Responsibility
Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
Air Conditioning
For efficiency, the system automatically switches off when windows or terrace doors are open.
Electricity
All sockets provide standard 220V current.
Safety & Security
Please familiarise yourself with the fire safety instructions displayed in hallways.
Resort Beatrice is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables, money, or documents left in the apartment or vehicle.
Damage & Maintenance
Please report any damage or malfunction immediately.
Guests are responsible for damages caused intentionally or accidentally. Compensation will be requested when applicable.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are:
22:00 (10 PM) – 08:00 (8 AM).
Please avoid loud music and gatherings during these hours.
OPENING HOURS
Greenhouse, Swimming Pool & Sauna
Greenhouse (Winter Garden)
Open: 07:30 – 22:00
• You are warmly welcome to relax and enjoy coffee, tea, ice-cream, wine, or other beverages.
• The Greenhouse operates on a self-service basis.
• Select your item on the touchscreen menu and pay with your credit card on the white POS terminal.
• Our team will pass by regularly to tidy up and clean the Greenhouse, but we kindly ask that you bring used cups and glasses from the table and place them near the sink.
Swimming Pool (May–September)
Open: 09:00 – 21:00
Before Using the Pool:
• Please take a quick shower.
• Use the beige pool towels with the Resort Beatrice logo designated for the pool area.
Pool Area Rules:
• No glass is allowed around the swimming pool for safety reasons.
• Always supervise children at all times.
• Avoid running or jumping on the pool deck, as surfaces may be slippery.
After Use:
• Please place used pool towels in the designated basket.
• Pool towels should not be taken back to the apartments.
Sauna (October–April)
Open: 10:00 – 21:00
Before Entering:
• Please take a quick shower.
• On the right side, press the button “Activate Sauna” — this will increase the temperature and prepare the sauna for the best experience.
Inside the Sauna:
• Fresh towels are provided inside the sauna area.
• For hygiene and comfort, always sit or lie on a towel so that your body does not touch the wood directly.
After Use:
• Please place used towels in the basket below.
• Leave the sauna area tidy for the next guest.
HOUSE RULES
Care of the Apartment
Please treat your apartment, furniture, and equipment with respect.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment tidy and in similar condition as upon arrival.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and indoor areas, as required by Slovenian law.
Parties & Events
Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted on the premises.
Recycling & Waste
Please separate waste into general, plastic, paper, and organic bins located in front of the resort.Glass waste may be disposed of in the public recycling container nearby.
Towels & Inventory
Resort linens, towels, and accessories are intended for use inside the apartment only.
They may not be used outdoors or for cleaning floors, shoes, or furniture. If you require any additional supplies, please contact our staff.
Prohibited Items
Bringing flammable, explosive, or strong-smelling substances into the resort is not permitted.
Respect for Others
Please treat other guests, neighbours, and staff with courtesy. Resort Beatrice reserves the right to request a guest’s departure if behaviour jeopardises safety, comfort, or the peaceful environment.
PAYMENTS & RESERVATION TERMS
• We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Maestro.
• Resort Beatrice reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival or charge the full amount upon arrival.
• In exceptional cases, the resort may assign an apartment of the same or higher category than the one originally booked. Guests will never pay more — this is only applied in emergency situations.
• In case of damage or violation of rules, your credit card may be charged within 48 hours after check-out for the amount determined by management.
• Check-out after 11:00 is charged as an additional day.
• All guests must present a valid credit card at check-in (unless already provided during reservation) and a valid photo ID (passport or identity card).
PET POLICY – LUXURY SERVICED APARTMENTS
Allowed Pets
• Only dogs are permitted.
• Maximum 1 dog in studio apartments (2-pax or 4-pax studios).
• Maximum 2 dogs in larger apartments with separate bedrooms.
Behaviour & Apartment Rules
• Dogs must stay on the floor or on pet blankets brought by the guest.
• Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, chairs, cushions, or other upholstered furniture.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
• Dogs may not be left unsupervised for extended periods (local regulations apply).
Supervision & Public Areas
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times outside the apartment, including common areas.
• Guests must immediately clean up any pet waste in outdoor/public spaces.
Responsibility, Liability & Insurance
• Guests are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times.
• Any damage, replacement of linens, cushions, furniture, mattresses, or other items caused by pets will be charged.
• A valid third-party liability insurance covering pet-related damage or injury (towards staff, guests, or property) is required.
• The resort may request the immediate removal of the pet in cases of risk, aggression, or repeated disturbances.
Pet Fee
• €25 per pet per night, capped at:
o €100 per week for the first pet
o €150 per week for two pets
• Weekly caps automatically apply to stays of 5 or more nights.
These fees cover additional cleaning and allergen-safe sanitation after check-out.
